Setting Up Your Payment Account
Your online payment account makes leasing easy. Visit invitationhomes.com and select “Pay My Rent” on the the Current Residents tab.
- If you applied online, you have an account – log in using your current login and password.
- If you did not apply online, select “Click here to register.” Complete the required fields for registration. A registration code is required and can be obtained from your property management team.
- Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email. Activate your account by clicking the link provided in the message. If you do not receive this email within 10 minutes of registering, please check your spam/junk folder.
Log in to your portal account and select “Payments.” If this is your first payment:
- Set up your account by selecting “Payment Accounts.”
- Choose to add a credit card and/or bank account.
- Set up recurring payments through the “Auto Pay Setup.”
